1998

Transitioning from a component supplier to a systems supplier: modular trailer wiring harnesses, central electrical systems, and wiring harness assemblies. In collaboration with Neumann-Henneberg Engineering, sheet-contact technology was introduced in fuse boxes, initially applied to tour coaches and city buses. Door-contact sensors were developed for the sliding doors of panel vans. New manufacturing methods were adopted to implement lean production.
